This group oversees the distribution and collection of Lawn Signs around the City prior to the start of the season. They play an integral role in advertising and promoting the Club.
Members of this group work together towards raising money to cover the costs of certain projects, keep membership costs low, and seek the assistance of businesses interested in advertising and/or supporting various tournaments.
Members of this team, along with the Executive Committee, assist in the management, maintenance, repair, and improvement of the Club’s buildings to provide a safe and pleasant environment for all.
Members of this team assist the Greens Keeper with maintenance of the playing surface. Duties may include irrigation, aeration, seeding, mowing, and top dressing.
Members of this team oversee the maintenance of the lawns, fencing, and flower beds around the playing surface.
Members of the team assist with the weekly cleansing of the Clubhouse, kitchen and outdoor seating area as well as in the annual opening/closing of the Clubhouse. Many hands make light work
This group oversees the management of food and non-alcoholic beverages for necessary tournaments and other related events. Duties may include but are not limited to preparing snacks/lunch, preparing coffee/tea/juice, kitchen sanitation, etc.
Members of this team are responsible for the overall organization, scheduling, and smooth operation of a specific league. Duties span from planning the season and creating team schedules to managing daily play and overseeing rules compliance.
Members of this team share a passion for creating a social, collaborative and engaging environment for our members. Duties may include, but are not limited to, organizing opening/closing banquets, working alongside League Convenors to enhance post-game member interactions, as well as working with the Tournament Team at planning the entertainment and hospitality aspects of the event.
Liquor laws require that individuals serving alcoholic beverages must have been certified. If you are certified and are willing to assist, please let us know.
Members of this committee assist the Tournament Director at organizing, scheduling and promoting local as well as district level events. Duties may include assisting with/monitoring team registrations, overseeing the draw schedule, ensuring the greens are ready for the next game, seeking individuals to assist with score-keeping, setting of jacks, etc.
Members of this team assist with the Learn 2 Bowl sessions and/or being paired with individuals new to the Club to make them feel welcomed and grow in the sport. Please check all that may apply. If you are interested in receiving certification, speak with anyone on the Executive.

The team consists of six individuals who assist with the Club’s governance, finances, membership and operation. The name(s) of interested members are put forth for election at either the Spring or Fall meeting. Term of service is three years; two members are elected every year with two members stepping down.
